Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our busy warehouse team in a hands-on role. This position includes the potential to take on flatpack assembly responsibilities and requires accuracy in picking, packing, and stock checks.

Hours are 37.5 per week with pay at £12.71 per hour. Flexible start times (e.g., 7:00am–3:00pm or 8:00am–4:00pm) support work-life balance in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing goods accurately and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Moving stock around the warehouse safely.
• Preparing orders for dispatch.
• Checking goods and maintaining accurate stock.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
• Building and assembling flatpack furniture/products where required.
• Using basic hand tools to assemble flatpack items.
• Checking completed assemblies to ensure they are finished to the required standard.

Warehouse Operative / Flatpack Assembly Operative

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Working Hours: Flexible start times – for example, 7:00am–3:00pm or 8:00am–4:00pm

The Role

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our team. This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys practical, hands‑on work and is comfortable working as part of a busy warehouse environment.

We also have an opportunity for someone with flatpack assembly experience or a strong practical ability to take on additional responsibilities building and assembling flatpack products.
