Job summary

TechNET IT Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Test Manager / Project Manager for HR Technology Transformation on a 6 month contract in High Wycombe. The role requires hands-on delivery with a pragmatic, detail‑oriented approach to testing across SIT/UAT and later dress rehearsals.

The successful candidate will own day-to-day testing delivery, coordinate UAT activity, maintain test plans and schedules, and manage risks, actions and dependencies in a lean programme environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Test Management or Project Management in complex technology programmes.
• Ability to coordinate UAT or major testing phases and manage risks.
• Strong organisational, planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day coordination and delivery of testing.
• Organise UAT approach with test plans, scripts, resources and tracking.
• Coordinate resources, dependencies and stakeholder communications.
• Support defect management and reporting of testing progress.
• Work with project teams and implementation partners to ensure timely delivery.
