Accenture PLC in London is seeking a Test Automation Associate Manager who stays hands-on with coding while guiding tooling strategy and team leadership across client engagements.

The role combines technical leadership with quality engineering across accounts, including GenAI tooling adoption, mature QE practices, and strong client-facing communication. Flexibility to travel to client sites UK-wide is expected.

Competenze

• Hands-on coding daily and contributing technically to the team.
• Proficient in at least one OOP language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#) and able to assess automation frameworks.
• Experience with GenAI in QE contexts (e.g., Playwright with MCP) and AI-assisted coding tools.
• Ability to define tooling strategies and automation frameworks across client accounts.
• Experience leading or mentoring a QE or automation engineering team.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder communication skills.
