Microsoft is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Planner / Supply Chain Administrator to support a high-tech manufacturing environment in Romsey. This contract role is operated by Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) for Microsoft.

Responsibilities include purchasing order management, supplier coordination, shipment follow-up, data entry, and SAP/Excel-based updates to ensure on-time material availability.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in: Supply Chain Administration, Procurement Administration, Purchasing Support, Materials Planning Support, Operations Administration.

Responsabilités

• Process purchase orders and monitor order status.
• Track deliveries from suppliers.
• Follow up on delayed shipments.
• Ensure materials arrive on time for manufacturing and engineering teams.
• Update purchasing systems with accurate order information.
