First Military Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager Assistant to support the Site Manager in daily operations and maintenance of a busy commercial site. You will coordinate contractors, respond to tenant queries and help uphold health and safety standards.

The role is hands‑on, requiring organisation, approachability and reliability to carry out day‑to‑day running and act as the site’s point of contact in the manager’s absence.

Qualifikationen

• Practical, hands‑on approach with good problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication with tenants, contractors and the public.
• Flexible working hours, including occasional weekend/evening cover.
• Physically fit and capable of manual tasks outdoors in all weather.

Aufgaben

• Assist daily site operations and coordinate routine tasks.
• Conduct site inspections and record issues for action.
• Open/close the site, manage alarm systems and keys.
• Be the main contact when the Site Manager is away.
• Maintain logs, incident records and site diaries.
• Report faults and liaise with contractors for works.
• Check RAMS and insurance docs before works.
• Ensure contractor sign‑in/out and inductions.
• Support health and safety audits and risk assessments.
• Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs.
• Handle tenant queries and assist with move‑ins/outs.
