Job summary

Panda Recycling UK is seeking an experienced Site Manager for our Barkston processing facility. This senior role is hands-on and requires visible leadership across a fast-moving, multi-shift operation.

You will own safety, compliance, plant performance and people leadership on site. The Site Manager – Barkston will actively drive the recycling strategy, maintain regulatory compliance and ensure safe, efficient and commercially viable operations across the site.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a processing operations environment.
• Proven track record delivering safety, regulatory compliance and performance.
• Strong people management and on-site visibility across multi-shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as visible safety leader on site and embed a zero-harm culture.
• Own end-to-end site operations, safety, quality, compliance and commercial performance.
• Maximise plant availability, throughput and uptime; oversee maintenance in collaboration with engineers.
• Lead and develop site personnel, manage shifts and KPI reviews.
• Drive safe system of work, risk assessments and incident investigations.
