Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a hands-on Site Manager for a 3-year ultra-prime private estate project in South Devon. You will lead the site day-to-day, coordinating sub-contractors and trades to ensure quality finishes and on-time delivery.

The role requires on-site leadership, a strong eye for detail on high-end finishes and complex structural works, and compliance with RAMS and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ultra-Prime Residential Experience required on high-value private builds.
• Proactive, hands-on on-site manager with focus on progress and quality.
• Strong grasp of high-end finishes, structural builds and complex trades.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid at Work are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front on site every day, managing subs and trades.
• Enforce exact standards across complex structural and bespoke finishes.
• Oversee day-to-day site logistics, deliveries and access on a private estate.
• Drive performance and accountability across specialist trades.
• Maintain RAMS compliance and high site safety standards.
