Job summary

Precision is seeking a Working Foreman for a small residential refurbishment/adaptation project. You will manage day-to-day site operations, supervise 5–10 trades, and ensure work is carried out safely, on time and to high standards.

Reporting to an off-site Project Manager, you will still work hands-on on the tools when required, coordinate trades, monitor progress against the programme, and maintain records using supplied project software on an iPad.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in small refurbishment, residential or adaptation projects.
• Strong trades background with ability to work on the tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project safely from start to completion.
• Daily management of 5–10 trades and subcontractors.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials and deliveries to keep on programme.
• Monitor progress using project software on an iPad.
• Carry out hands-on works on site when required.
