Job summary

Ecosulis in Aylesbury is seeking a hands‑on Site Manager to lead on landscaping management, tree planting, seeding and maintenance. You will own day‑to‑day on‑site delivery, coordinating the team to hit the plan and uphold safety and quality standards.

You will work with Senior Site Manager and Project Manager, operate on tools when required, and may operate CPCS A33 tractor/excavator under supervision, driving site excellence across the contract.

Qualifications

• Experience managing site teams.
• CPCS A33 Agricultural Tractor or excavator, current and in date.
• SMSTS or SSSTS (minimum 3 years' experience) and a current CSCS card.
• First Aid at Work.
• Full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver works on site, liaising with Senior Site Manager and Project Manager to own day‑to‑day management.
• Keep the plan on track, ensure safety, and maintain site records.
• On‑the‑tools leadership with support from other site managers and landscapers.
