Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing production operatives.
• Strong understanding of production targets, quality standards and health & safety.
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work days-based shifts; no nights.
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience in manufacturing.
