Job summary

Equans is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead the school cleaning team at Newman RC College, Oldham OL9 9QY, on a permanent basis. The role requires hands-on leadership and ensuring high standards of cleanliness across the site.

The position is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 11:30am–8:00pm, with a salary of £25,369.50 per year plus benefits, including annual leave, life cover, employee discounts, and opportunities for learning and professional qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning operations on a site.
• Ability to manage a small team of staff.
• Understanding of SLA’s and KPIs in a school contract.
