Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Deputy Store Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• Background in high-volume or food/retail environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing store team.
• Support Store Manager with day-to-day operations and performance.
• Drive sales, manage costs, and hit KPI targets.
• Maintain stock, merchandising and customer service standards.
• Own the store in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Create a positive, energetic working environment.
