Job summary

Expleo Group in Edinburgh seeks an experienced RF Test & Integration Engineer to support Leonardo radar programmes. You will be responsible for integration, testing, verification and fault diagnosis of complex RF and radar systems in a hands-on, on-site environment.

You will diagnose issues across engineering disciplines, document results clearly, and work with software, hardware and firmware teams to ensure system readiness and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Applications welcomed from candidates with significant demonstrable experience without formal qualifications.
• Eligible for UK security clearance (SC) with minimum 5 years UK residency.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and test RF, radar and associated electronic systems.
• Perform system, subsystem and equipment-level testing.
• Execute RF test procedures and record results accurately.
• Support the integration of RF hardware, firmware and software.
• Verify system performance against technical requirements.
• Investigate faults and identify root causes across complex RF systems.
• Support troubleshooting, defect resolution and corrective actions.
• Analyse test data and produce clear technical reports.
• Operate and maintain specialist RF test equipment.
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, firmware and software teams.
• Support test readiness reviews and technical design reviews.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and configuration-management processes.
