Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd. is recruiting a hands‑on Project Engineering Supervisor to lead engineering projects across the UK. The role combines project engineering, site supervision and practical delivery from preliminary site works through installation and commissioning.

You will coordinate internal labour and external trades, ensuring safe, efficient site execution and strong client liaison on multiple live projects. Some travel and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in project engineering, project management or site supervision within an engineering environment.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and adapt to changing site priorities.
• Hands-on, practical approach rather than desk‑based work.
• Experience in preparing RAMS and maintaining safe, organised sites.
• Clear communication and strong client relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate site labour and subcontractors.
• Supervise preliminary works, installation activity and commissioning.
• Prepare site RAMS, method statements and related documentation.
• Manage permits and maintain day‑to‑day liaison with the client.
• Organise materials, logistics, access equipment hire and site resources.
• Forecast labour and material requirements to keep projects moving.
• Maintain high site standards, discipline and efficient labour utilisation.
• Provide regular progress updates to the Technical and Commercial Directors.
• Support practical site activity where required.
