Job summary

Proflex Advanced Technology UK Ltd is recruiting Production Technicians for their Brackley facility. You will be trained to manufacture flexible fuel tanks and containment systems using hand-production skills, with progression through increasingly complex products.

We value practical ability, attention to detail and a genuine desire to learn. Prior fuel tank experience isn't required as comprehensive training is provided and you’ll work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing flexible fuel tanks and liquid containment systems to defined specifications and quality standards
• Cutting, preparing, assembling and finishing specialist materials and components
• Following drawings, manufacturing instructions and documented production processes
• Carrying out detailed hand‑finishing and assembly operations
• Inspecting your own work throughout the manufacturing process
• Maintaining consistently high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Working closely with other members of the production and quality teams
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Developing your manufacturing skills through our structured training and progression programme
