Job summary

Hewett Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Shop Floor Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor or Team Leader to join a busy manufacturing operation in Kidderminster.

This hands-on role supervises a team of around 12 operatives on a fast-paced production and warehouse floor, ensuring targets are met, quality standards maintained and a safe, productive workplace is promoted. Immediate start and overtime available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or similar.
• Experience in manufacturing/production/warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of production and warehouse operatives
• Ensure daily production targets and operational plans are achieved
• Monitor attendance, performance and productivity
• Provide coaching, guidance and day‑to‑day supervision
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times
• Accurately record production and operational data
• Resolve shop floor issues quickly and effectively
