Job summary

Manpower in Banbury is seeking Production Operatives for a busy manufacturing environment on a temporary project role anticipated until February. Hours are Monday to Thursday 07:30am–4:30pm, Friday 07:30am–1:30pm, with free on-site parking.

You will support assembly and production processes, ensuring quality and accuracy while meeting production schedules. Applicants should have manufacturing experience, attention to detail, and a reliable, team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work using your own initiative and solve problems effectively.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Basic PC skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products in line with production processes and work instructions.
• Work closely with team leaders and colleagues to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Complete and maintain accurate production documentation.
• Follow strict quality standards and procedures.
• Identify, log, and report any faults or production issues.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Support other production areas as required.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties in support of the business.
