Job summary

Manpower is seeking Production Operatives for a Banbury-based project. This temporary role (anticipated until February) offers a £15.00 per hour pay rate and a chance to contribute to assembling high-quality products within a supportive team.

The position runs Monday to Thursday 07:30am–4:30pm, and Friday 07:30am–1:30pm, with a potential split-shift pattern and possible extension depending on business needs. On-site parking is available for all staff.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work using your own initiative and solve problems effectively.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Basic PC skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products in line with production processes and work instructions.
• Work closely with team leaders and colleagues to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Complete and maintain accurate production documentation.
• Follow strict quality standards and procedures.
• Identify, log, and report any faults or production issues.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Support other production areas as required.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties in support of the business.
