Job summary

Aqumen Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced, hands-on Production Supervisor to join an established manufacturing business based in Lincolnshire. You will supervise a small team of around 6 production operatives, maintain output, ensure machinery runs efficiently and drive high standards of quality, safety and performance across the shift pattern.

This permanent, full-time role offers a 3-shift pattern (6:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00) with a £30,000 annual salary and opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production in manufacturing.
• Hands-on leader with strong problem-solving.
• Experience meeting production targets and KPIs.
• Able to manage shift handovers and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of ~6 operatives.
• Meet daily and weekly production targets.
• Support operators and assist with machinery.
• Monitor machine performance and downtime.
• Identify and resolve production issues.
• Coordinate workloads and staffing across lines.
• Ensure products meet quality standards.
• Work with maintenance to minimise disruption.
• Provide shift handovers and training support.
