Job summary

Agricultural Recruitment Specialists Ltd are seeking a practical Precast Concrete Installer for assignments around Ballymena. You will join an experienced team installing precast concrete structures on agricultural sites and across the UK, setting out from drawings and ensuring work is safe and high quality.

The role offers 40 hours per week (8am–5pm, Monday to Friday) with overtime, travel across the UK, and varied site work including yard operations, groundwork and preparation for agricultural

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification required.
• Legal right to work in the UK or a valid visa.
• Experience in precast concrete installation preferred.
• Able to perform physical on-site work.
• Follow drawings, specs and installation procedures.
• Good health and safety understanding.
• Team player with good communication.
• Willing to travel throughout the UK.
• Forklift, CSR, slinging/banksman, telehandler or first aid qualifications beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Set out precast structures on site from drawings.
• Install precast components to high standards across sites.
• Ensure safety and quality during installations.
• Support yard operations, groundwork and transport tasks.
• Assist with preparation of agricultural shows.
