Job summary

StoryTerrace is seeking a hands-on product manager to lead two live products in London, one established and one new. You will direct the development work, while personally building parts of the product to shape growing editorial offerings.

You’ll own the roadmap, manage a Full Stack Developer, and work closely with Editorial, Sales and Finance. Hybrid role with strong emphasis on hands-on coding and product influence.

Qualifications

• PM experience in a B2C context (mobile app, marketplace, subscription, or social product).
• Experience building full-stack JS apps; Node.js, Express, React, MongoDB/Mongoose.
• Comfort with existing production codebase; integrations and background jobs.
• Experience with AI-assisted features; evaluating output quality and prompts.
• Experience managing a developer's day-to-day work.
• Thrives in ambiguity and lean resourcing.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for two products; sequencing, trade-offs, and quarterly priorities.
• Build a support ticket framework and feedback loop to the roadmap.
• Manage the Full Stack Developer day-to-day; briefing, quality, pace.
• Recruit additional developers as needed.
• Design, build, and ship features across the full stack.
• Collaborate with Editorial to evolve AI-assisted content-creation features.
• Manage Editorial Operations Associate and freelance writer network.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance on strategic initiatives.
