Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Multiskilled Engineer based in Berwickshire to maintain and improve machinery, keeping production running smoothly in an industrial/manufacturing setting.

You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, work with production teams, and support installation of new equipment while upholding health and safety standards. The role is permanent with a 4on4off shift pattern and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance within industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime.
