Job summary

Workshop Recruitment is seeking an experienced Multi Trade Supervisor to oversee a busy building site near Effingham, Leatherhead. This role involves managing operatives, organising workloads, and performing carpentry and multi-trade duties.

The ideal candidate must have strong carpentry skills, live near the site, own tools and a van, and be confident leading a team while working on the tools themselves. Strong organisational and communication skills are also essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Multi Trade Supervisor or working foreman.
• Strong carpentry or recognised trade background.
• Must be willing to work on the tools as part of a working supervisor role.
• Own tools and own van are essential.
• Must live near Effingham / Leatherhead.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site operatives on a daily basis.
• Organise workloads and delegate tasks.
• Carry out carpentry and general multi-trade work as required.
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed across the site.
