Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a dedicated First-Line Supervisor to join the Mobile Team. This hands-on supervisory role combines leadership with active participation in core engineering maintenance and reactive work, prioritising safety, service quality, and client satisfaction.

You will review weekly timesheets, manage toolbox talks, and support the SDM/Operations manager with BAU tasks, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Time-served engineer with Building services / GAS expertise.
• Valid driving license.
• Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering operations and supervise the team to maintain efficiency and performance.
• Liaise with clients to foster strong relationships and provide outstanding service.
• Attend meetings to provide technical insights and updates to SDM/Operations manager.
