Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills to guide a multi‑skill team.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Hands‑on role working alongside the team.
• Communicate requirements to team members and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Lead Daily PIT meetings to track production targets.
• Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Support supervisors and develop team members.
• Monitor safety, quality, and SOP adherence across the team.
• Coordinate with IT systems (IFS) as needed.
• Maintain equipment and report faults.
• Draft and format Work Instructions with relevant personnel.
• Address training queries with Training Facilitator and Supervisors.
• Ensure policy compliance on safety, quality and attendance.
• Provide cover for operator and supervisor groups as required.
