Job summary

Tricel Weston is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Team Leader to support performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

This role offers the opportunity to lead by example, support team development, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and work closely with supervisors to achieve production, quality, and safety targets.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and motivational abilities to guide diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on role working alongside the team to meet targets.
• Ensure clear communication so team understands business and customer requirements.
• Lead daily PIT meetings to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Drive Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives and support department development.
• Provide guidance, support and training across processes.
• Monitor adherence to instructions, quality, safety, IFS and SOPs.
• Coordinate with area supervisor to monitor daily performance.
• Enforce health and safety rules and report incidents.
