Job summary

The Best Connection in Littlehampton is seeking a Machine Operative to join their production team on a temp-to-perm basis. You will operate specialist extrusion and hot box machinery to manufacture high-quality products, ensuring safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Full training will be provided; previous machine operating or production experience is advantageous. The role is physically active, with rotating shifts and weekly pay at £12.71 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is advantageous.
• Experience with extrusion machinery is desirable but not essential.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate silicone extrusion machinery in line with production requirements.
• Set up and monitor hot box equipment during manufacturing.
• Conduct regular quality inspections of finished products.
