Qualifications

• Level 2 Food Safety certificate required.
• Level 2 Health & Safety certificate required.
• Reliable and punctual attitude required.
• Basic kitchen hygiene knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients.
• Support the kitchen team with reheating food and other straightforward kitchen tasks.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, tidy and organised throughout the day.
• Follow food hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure work surfaces, utensils and equipment are cleaned appropriately.
• Assist with stock organisation and putting deliveries away where required.
• Support the team with general kitchen duties to help prepare for opening and daily service.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team and offer support wherever needed.
• Maintain a positive, flexible and can‑do attitude in a busy working environment.
