The Advocate Group is supporting a well-established global FMCG business by appointing an HR Generalist to provide short-term, hands-on HR support at their busy North Essex site. This three-month assignment requires an experienced generalist who can hit the ground running and advise employees and managers from day one.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main HR point of contact for the site and provide day-to-day HR support.
• Advise and support employees and managers on HR matters.
• Manage and support employee relations issues.
• Assist with contractual changes and queries.
• Handle HR administration and employee queries.
• Support payroll-related queries and issues.
• Assist with training sessions and other people-related activity.
• Support managers with HR processes and provide practical guidance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage competing priorities and respond to issues as they arise.
• Ensure a consistent and professional HR service across the site.
