Job summary

Eurest is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen operation at our Bournville site. You will be hands-on, manage and develop a kitchen team, and ensure high standards of food quality, service and presentation in a busy food manufacturing environment.

You will be responsible for motivating staff, controlling costs, and driving continuous improvement while delivering an exceptional hospitality experience for events and daily service.

Responsibilities

• Managing, motivating and developing the kitchen team.
• Hands-on cooking and food preparation, leading by example.
• Ensuring Compass food safety, HSE standards and quality control.
• Elevating the current food offer with new ideas and innovation.
• Managing ordering, stock control and regular stock takes.
• Monitoring food quality, portion control and presentation.
