Job summary

Winnow Solutions Limited is seeking a motivated, hands-on Buildroom Assistant to support provisioning and assembly of hardware for our global client base from our London office. You’ll ensure units are assembled, tested and packaged to the highest standard for timely dispatch.

The role demands practical, detail-oriented work; training will be provided. A flexible schedule around studies or commitments is available, with a great central London office environment.

Qualifications

• Practical, hands-on and detail-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working with hardware/electronics; training provided.
• Able to follow established processes accurately and consistently.
• Reliable, punctual and able to manage time effectively.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with provisioning and assembly of hardware units in the Buildroom.
• Support in quality checks to ensure product reliability and consistency.
• Prepare hardware for shipment, including packaging and documentation.
• Maintain an organised workspace to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Follow build and assembly processes, flag issues or improvements.
• Collaborate with Buildroom team to meet daily/weekly production targets.
• Refurbish hardware to be reused in line with circular economy principles.
