Job summary

MBN Solutions in London is seeking 2–3 exceptional Forward Deployed Engineers to join a small, highly technical team. You will sit directly with enterprise customers, understand difficult real-world problems, design the solution and personally ship production software—often within days.

You’ll move between software engineering, systems architecture, AI and customer problem-solving, with field learnings feeding back into the core product. This role offers London hybrid work and significant travel.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of software engineering experience with excellent coding fundamentals.
• Built and shipped production software in customer-facing or startup environments.
• Strong systems design and architecture fundamentals.
• Experience with modern AI/LLM tooling.
• Comfortable engaging with senior enterprise customers.
• Background as an early/founding engineer or Forward Deployed Engineer is a plus.

Responsibilities
