Qualifications

• Hands-on role requiring practical, organised and proactive approach.
• Experience with basic trades or building maintenance is beneficial.
• Ability to maintain accurate maintenance records and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general building maintenance and minor repairs.
• Complete basic plumbing, carpentry, painting and repair work.
• Carry out regular checks of the factory and office areas.
• Identify maintenance issues and arrange specialist support where required.
• Maintain accurate machinery and equipment service records.
• Track servicing, inspections and statutory checks.
• Coordinate planned preventative maintenance.
