Pioneer Selection has a fantastic opportunity for an Engineer Supervisor based in Penrith, Cumbria. You will lead a small team while carrying out maintenance on fully automated production lines.

We are seeking hands-on engineers with electrical or mechanical qualifications who can perform planned, preventative and breakdown maintenance, fault-finding and continuous improvement. Qualifications

• Must have electrical or mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Engineering qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical required.
• Hands-on maintenance experience including planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 3 (1 engineer, 2 production operatives) to maintain automated production machinery.
• Carry out maintenance, fault-finding and planned preventive maintenance to maximise uptime and efficiency.
