Job summary

Jark PLC in Colchester is seeking an experienced Working Electrical Supervisor to lead commercial electrical projects across East Anglia. The role combines hands-on installation work with on-site supervision and client liaison.

You'll oversee projects up to £1 million, coordinate electricians and subcontractors, and ensure safety and on-time delivery. The position offers a generous salary up to £50,000 plus overtime, with a company van and fuel card.

Qualifications

Experience supervising commercial electrical projects.
Confident managing projects and a team while staying hands-on.
Good communication with clients and subcontractors; UK travel.

Responsibilities

Oversee and deliver commercial electrical projects up to £1m across East Anglia.
On-site hands-on electrical installation work with your team.
Manage electricians and subcontractors on site and remotely as needed.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
Coordinate site activities and resolve issues as they arise.
Liaise with project managers, clients and other trades.
Take ownership of day-to-day running of projects.
Travel across East Anglia as required.
