Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking an experienced Multi-Skills Construction Tutor for an alternative provision role in the East Midlands. The position is 3 days per week (2 days in Cromford, 1 day in Mansfield) with potential to progress into a full-time post.

The role focuses on planning, coordinating and delivering a hands-on construction learning programme to support learners who may face barriers to education, building practical skills and employability while developing confidence and resilience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering practical construction learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver a practical construction programme.
• Teach construction skills including carpentry, painting, tiling and basic plumbing.
