Job summary

You must be 18+, physically capable of heavy lifting, and commit to a structured, hands-on programme with live sessions and workplace training. Salary starts around £28,080 per year, with 33 days leave and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Follow strict procedures and safety rules.
• Communicate clearly and work with production, engineering and maintenance teams.
• Be able to perform heavy lifting and manual labour parts of the role.

Responsibilities

• Carry out manufacturing activities and monitor equipment under supervision.
• Complete effective shift handovers and record results.
• Follow health, safety and environmental procedures and use PPE.
• Participate in training and apprenticeship programme.
