• Experience within elderly residential or nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of the home.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Lead from the front with a visible, hands-on management style.
• Develop, review and oversee care plans and risk assessments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing team.
• Oversee medication management and safeguarding.
• Build relationships with residents, relatives and local authorities.
