Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking an Associate to guide guests through the wash experience and keep the site running smoothly. The role is hands-on, fast-paced, and involves working outdoors across multiple stations. No experience is required, and a 60-day certification program sets you up from day one.

You will provide excellent service, support memberships, manage accounts, and help maintain a clean, safe environment. Join a tight-knit team and own day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service at Welcome Station and support sales and membership growth.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Follow pricing and discount policies.
• Maintain wash area safety and cleanliness at Wash Station.
• Prepare vehicles and identify preexisting conditions.
• Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
• Engage customers at Convenience Station and manage member experience.
• Perform general site upkeep and opening/closing duties.
