Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Wash Station Service: Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized wash area; operate wash equipment safely.
• Convenience Station: Engage with customers professionally and manage member accounts (CX); stock and organize detail centers; maintain cleanliness.
• General Duties: Perform opening and closing duties; clean and maintain the tunnel; prepare towels and materials; uphold uniform standards.
