Qualifications

• Experience as a Bookkeeper or similar with strong transactional finance duties.
• Good understanding of VAT and VAT returns.
• Experience across accounts payable and accounts receivable and across multiple entities.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple entities.
• Process purchase and sales ledgers.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Complete regular bank reconciliations and payment runs.
• Prepare VAT returns and support month-end processes.
• Assist with year-end and audits.
• Provide financial information to senior management.
