Job summary

Rose 360 in Nottingham is seeking an Assembly Team Leader to drive an efficient production line. The role combines leadership of a team of assemblers with hands-on production duties, ensuring output meets quality and schedule targets.

You will allocate workloads, read engineering drawings, use hand and power tools, and coordinate with other departments to maintain quality and on-time delivery. This is a permanent role with immediate start and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Experience leading or supervising individuals.
• Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting a team of assemblers.
• Allocating daily workloads and monitoring progress.
• Assembling components using hand and power tools.
• Reading and working from engineering drawings.
• Checking completed work meets required quality standards.
• Training and supporting new and existing team members.
• Identifying and reporting production or quality issues.
• Working closely with other departments to meet production deadlines.
• Supporting the team to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards.
