Job summary

Busy Bees Cambridge is hiring an Unregistered Teacher for our over 3's room. This is an opportunity to grow your career in a supportive community that values curiosity, exploration, and hands-on learning.

Full-time role - 35 hours per week. We offer full Pay Parity and Staff Uniforms are provided, access supportive leadership, subsidised childcare and development opportunities, and we cover the costs of your annual flu vaccinations and First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in an ECE environment is advantageous.
• Ability to build quick rapport with families and tutors.
• Strong communication skills with children, whanau and staff.
• Commitment to safe, nurturing care and child-led learning.

• Bring the curriculum to life through daily exploration, play, and hands-on learning.
• Provide high-quality, nurturing care so that tamariki feel safe, warm, and loved.
