Job summary

Hampshire FA is seeking a dedicated Disability Pathway Football Development Officer to shape the future of disability football across Hampshire, creating opportunities for children, young people and adults to play, belong and thrive.

You will lead strategic development of the Disability Football pathway, launch sessions such as Comets, Disability Rec and Just Play Kickabout, and support Thriving Community Clubs to grow participation in the disability pathway, ensuring safety and inclusivity for

What is the role? This role will help shape the future of disability football in Hampshire, creating opportunities for children, young people and adults to play, belong and thrive. From launching new football sessions and supporting clubs to develop player pathways, you'll directly impact the lives of hundreds of participants in Hampshire
