Job summary

Able Personnel, acting on behalf of a respected training provider, seeks a passionate Beauty Tutor to join their Sunderland-based team. You will deliver high-quality training to Level 3 learners across beauty therapy and beauty therapy massage qualifications.

You will deliver both theory and practical sessions, assess learner work, and help learners develop knowledge, practical skills and confidence for successful careers. Hours are flexible: full-time or part-time Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification, including body and facial electricals.
• Level 3 teaching or assessor qualification such as AET, PTLLS or TAQA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy and Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy Massage.
• Deliver both theory and practical sessions to learners.
• Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback to support progress.
• Deliver electrical treatments (microcurrent, galvanic, faradic, EMS, vacuum suction) to required standards.

At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Beauty Tutor to join their expanding team based in Sunderland.

You will deliver high-quality training to Level 3 learners across beauty therapy and beauty therapy massage qualifications, supporting learners to develop their knowledge, practical skills and confidence.

What you will be doing:

• Deliver engaging training across the Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy
• Deliver training across the Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy Massage
• Deliver both theory and practical sessions to learners
• Deliver body and facial electrical treatments to the required standard
• Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback to support their progress

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification, including body and facial electricals
• Level 3 Teaching qualification such as AET, PTLLS or equivalent or Level 3 Assessor qualification such as CAVA, TAQA or equivalent

You will need to be confident and competent in delivering electrical treatments including:

• Microcurrent
• Galvanic
• Faradic
• EMS
• Vacuum Suction

• Confident delivering both theory and practical sessions

Salary and benefits:

• Salary £27,000 to £30,000 per annum
