We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hair Transplant Technician to join our team in a modern, state-of-the-art hair restoration clinic. About the Role

As a Hair Transplant Technician, you will play an essential role in both the surgical and patient care processes. Working closely with experienced surgeons and clinical staff, you will assist in all aspects of hair transplant procedures - from preparing the theatre to graft placement and aftercare.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in FUE hair transplant procedures, including graft extraction and implantation

• Prepare surgical instruments and maintain a sterile environment throughout the procedure

• Support the clinical team with patient preparation, education, and aftercare instructions

• Count, sort, and handle grafts with care, ensuring graft viability and accurate documentation

• Monitor patients during the procedure to ensure comfort and report any concerns to medical staff

• Assist with the application of dressings post-surgery

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and photographic documentation

• Contribute to general clinic operations including cleanliness, stock checks, and administrative duties

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Hair Transplant Technician (FUE experience essential), ideally 2+ years

• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail to ensure graft integrity

• Strong understanding of follicular unit extraction and graft placement techniques

• Professional and discreet with excellent communication skills

• Team player with a proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude

• Fluent English, both spoken and written

• Flexible with working hours and able to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment

• Relevant certification or training in hair restoration procedures (preferred but not essential)
