Job description

We are currently looking for a high-calibre and experienced hair stylist who is reliable, professional, and passionate. Good customer service skills are essential. We offer our customers a range of high-quality hair services, so experience in skills like skin fading is important for this role.

You will be trained to level 3 and ideally have at least 2 years of experience.

Your duties will include:

1. Column management that maximises revenue and ensures guest satisfaction
2. Performing cuts, colours, blow dries, and up-do’s
3. Liaising with guests and members to promote services and convert inquiries to bookings, helping you build a loyal client base
4. Controlling and ordering stock as required, with support from the Spa Manager
5. Ensuring budgets and targets are met
6. Being proficient in using our online booking system
