Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Senior Trial Administrator for the Haematology Trials Unit to manage trial documentation from set-up to close-out and to oversee the monthly Trial Steering Committee. The role works closely with consultants, research nurses and external partners.

You will line-manage the Trial Administrator, contribute to QMS improvements, ensure data quality and compliance with UK GCP, ethical and regulatory standards, and support sponsors and regulatory

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in biological sciences or related discipline.
• GCP training and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain study documentation across the trial lifecycle, including amendments and archiving.
• Administer the monthly Trial Steering Committee, including agendas and minutes.
• Lead set-up activities for haematology trials, ensuring GCP and regulatory compliance.
• Line manage the Trial Administrator and allocate workloads.
• Support oversight and improvement of QMS processes and CAPA tracking.
• Ensure accurate data reporting and tracking through trial databases.
