Job summary

Qualifications
- Must be registered with the HCPC as a Biomedical Scientist.
- Specialist Portfolio in Haematology required.
- Degree in biomedical sciences or equivalent acceptable to HCPC/IBMS.
Responsibilities
- Work within a large hub laboratory using cutting-edge technology for LTHT and wider community.
- Be part of a 24/7 rota and flexible for unsocial hours.
- Supervise and support junior staff; lead in department tasks.
- Maintain accreditation to ISO15189 and participate in QC/EQA processes.
- Communicate complex information to colleagues and service providers.
