ESNEFT (East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust) is recruiting a Clinical Nurse Specialist to deliver expert care for Red Cell diseases within Haematology at Ipswich Hospital. The role involves developing nurse-led clinics, patient and family support, and cross-site collaboration with Colchester Hospital.

The post requires extensive post-registration Haematology experience, teaching/assessing, and leadership to improve patient care.

Qualifikationen

• Significant post-registration experience in Haematology nursing.
• Experience teaching and assessing in clinical practice.
• Experience with Haematology patients and families with complex psychosocial needs.
• Proven band 6/7 experience and leading service development.

• Provide comprehensive service for patients with Red Cell diseases.
• Lead nurse-led clinics and support the day unit/manager.
• Cross-cover across Haematology specialties.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge base and facilitate professional development of nurses.
